Kinross & District Men’s Shed · Community spotlight

You do not need a project in mind to visit Kinross & District Men’s Shed. At 15 Swansacre, the group makes room for conversation and company as well as practical interests, with members choosing what to work on at their own pace. Its past projects include wooden planters, benches and turned pens; the Shed also lists opportunities to explore bike maintenance, woodwork, CNC machining and 3D printing. It is a place to exchange skills or simply spend time with others, without an obligation to make something. Interested in taking part? The official website invites people to come along for a free introductory visit and a cuppa. It lists opening hours of 10am–1pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Contact 01577 528001 or kdms.secretary@outlook.com to check arrangements before visiting.
