You can try curling in Kinross without joining a team first. The rink’s introductory group sessions welcome individuals aged 11 and over, with no previous experience or commitment to continue required. Come on your own, with a friend or as a family, and see whether the sport is for you. The official booking page currently lists a Try Curling session on Saturday 5 December 2026, 10am–noon, at Kinross Curling, Green Road, Kinross, KY13 8TU. Places were showing as available when checked on 29 October; the earlier November sessions were marked fully booked. Check live availability and book through the rink’s own page. For your first visit, the rink asks you to bring clean-soled trainers and wear warm layers that allow movement; other equipment is provided.
