Kinross Otters Amateur Swimming Club · Community spotlight

A swimming club needs more than swimmers. At Kinross Otters, parents and volunteer coaches keep the club running, and families help shape its future. One small tradition captures that team spirit: swimmers receive a club-funded cap in their new squad’s colour as they progress. There is a competitive pathway alongside that community life. The club’s April 2026 report celebrated five swimmers qualifying for the Scottish National Age Group Championships at Aberdeen Sports Village — a past achievement worth recognising, rather than an upcoming event. Interested families can email membership@kinrossotters.co.uk to ask about current places, entry requirements and the appropriate squad. If you would like to help behind the scenes, contact secretary@kinrossotters.co.uk about volunteering and the club’s requirements. Confirm arrangements directly before attending.
