Looking after someone close to you can leave little time to think about your own needs. PKAVS Carers Support offers unpaid carers across Perth and Kinross practical guidance, social activities and help exploring a break from caring. You can refer yourself through its adult-carer support page; someone else can refer you with your consent. To ask about the right support for your circumstances, call 01738 567076 or email carershubadmin@pkavs.org.uk. Local people who want to help can also explore volunteering through PKAVS.
