An award for reusing Orwell Farm

Studio LBA’s Orwell Farm project turned a derelict steading into a rural business hub, with the practice itself becoming an occupier. In February 2025, Project Scotland reported that the regeneration won Net-Zero Development of the Year at the Scottish Property Awards.
