Lauriston Nursery · Kinross · Community spotlight

A nursery can connect families with the wider community as well as support children's learning. Lauriston Kinross's 2024–25 Standards and Quality Report describes a parent committee organising a family fun day attended by 100 people, alongside preschool visits to a local care home for games and conversation. These are examples from that reporting year, rather than forthcoming events. For local families exploring childcare, the Kinross setting has rooms for children from six weeks to five years and a secure garden. To take the next step, use the nursery's enquiry form and select Kinross: ask about a visit, current places and how parents can get involved. Availability and participation arrangements should be confirmed directly with the nursery.
