Golf in Kinross since 1884

Kinross Golf Club began in 1884 with a group of 20 enthusiasts. The operator’s heritage page records that Tom Morris designed the original six-hole course on land near Kirkgate. Today’s Bruce and Montgomery courses belong to a later chapter, while the club’s history connects local golf to those early beginnings.
