Tell us whether your drive is block paving, concrete or another material. We assess its condition, joints, staining and access before agreeing the clean. Monoblock re-sanding can be included in the scope when appropriate; drying conditions affect when it can be completed.
Patios, paths and Indian sandstone
Natural stone and paving need an approach matched to their material and condition. Send close-up and wider photographs, including any damaged joints or heavily marked areas. We will explain what cleaning can reasonably achieve before you book.
Cleaning for your surface
Restore, revive and renew the outdoor spaces you use every day. We assess the material, condition and access before recommending pressure washing, soft washing or an appropriate treatment.
Indian sandstone, natural stone and concrete patios
Patio cleaning and path cleaning for suitable natural stone, Indian sandstone, paving slabs and concrete. Tell us about algae, moss, lichen or black spots, damaged pointing and previous treatments. We discuss the likely improvement and any additional treatment before you book. Explore Indian sandstone cleaning or browse paths and patios.
Tarmac driveway cleaning
For a tarmac drive or hardstanding, send photographs showing its condition, edges and any loose or worn areas. Suitability and cleaning method need assessment first. Cleaning does not repair cracks, loose aggregate or worn surfacing; resurfacing and repairs are separate work.
Timber and composite decking cleaning
Decking needs an approach suited to its material and finish. Tell us whether yours is timber or composite and show any green growth, worn coatings or damage. We assess the surface before agreeing the treatment. Visit the decking collection.
Garden steps, stone and brick walls
Steps, low garden walls and entrance paving can collect dirt and organic growth. Show us the stone or brickwork, mortar joints and nearby plants so we can discuss a suitable clean. Delicate masonry may need a gentler approach. Browse steps and walls or ask about soft washing.
Jet washing and power washing
Customers often use jet washing, power washing and pressure washing to describe this work. We choose the approach to suit your paving rather than promising one setting for every surface.
How we prepare your estimate
Send the town and postcode, approximate area, surface type, photographs and access details. Tell us about water access and any steps or narrow passageways. The agreed estimate will set out the cleaning and any aftercare included.
Your questions answered
Is re-sanding included?
We discuss and itemise re-sanding where appropriate for your monoblock. It should not be assumed to be included in every clean.
How much does driveway or patio cleaning cost?
Our indicative pressure-washing range is £3–£4 per square metre, depending on the area, access, condition and chemical requirements. It is a guide, not a confirmed estimate or a minimum-charge promise. Sanding is extra and estimated separately. Send photographs for a personal estimate.
Do you seal driveways after cleaning?
We no longer offer paving sealing. We focus on cleaning, re-sanding and suitable aftercare, and explain the scope in your estimate.
Will every stain disappear?
Some staining or wear may remain. Photographs help us discuss realistic expectations; we do not promise every mark will vanish.
